1) Who we are
ZScreen is an AI candidate screening application for hiring teams. These Terms apply to your access and use of the ZScreen website, product, and related services (“Services”).
2) Eligibility and account responsibilities
- You must be authorized by your organization to use the Services for recruiting and hiring purposes.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details up to date.
3) Acceptable use
- You will not misuse the Services, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with system integrity.
- You will not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, or violates privacy or employment laws.
- You will use the Services in compliance with applicable hiring, employment, and data protection regulations.
4) Candidate data and consent
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary notices and consents from candidates (including consent to be recorded, if applicable) before inviting them to interviews or assessments through ZScreen.
5) AI outputs and hiring decisions
ZScreen may provide AI-generated scores, summaries, or recommendations. These outputs are for decision support only. You remain solely responsible for hiring decisions and for evaluating candidate suitability.
6) Subscription, billing, and trials
- If you are on a paid plan, fees are billed per your plan terms.
- Trials and free usage limits may change and can be enforced by product controls.
- Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.
7) Intellectual property
ZScreen and its underlying software, models, and interfaces are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your subscription term, subject to these Terms.
8) Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle personal data.
9) Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free AI outputs.
10) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZScreen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
11) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time.
12) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, via the product or email).
